WHAT is included in the price ?
  -  The cost of the villa is for your party's exclusive use and enjoyment.
-  Prices are inclusive of all normal usage of utilities (electricity, gas, water).
-  The villa will be clean on your arrival
-  Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.
(However, pool/beach towels are only supplied on request @ €5 each payable locally.)
-  If you are staying more than one week there will be a mid-term change of linen.
-  The pool is cleaned at least twice a week during the summer.
 -  The English local manager will be on call should you have any problems.
-  A complimentary Welcome Grocery Pack will be provided for your arrival.
-  You are met at the Junction 62 motorway Toll and escorted to the Villa.
-  If you wish, we can also help you with flights, car hire, route planning, travel insurance,
or any other special requirements (eg. Cots, highchairs, pushchairs etc.)
There are absolutely NO additional costs or charges!*
* A Security Bond refundable damage deposit of £500 is held against damage etc and promptly returned to you after your stay.
